Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking an IT Specialist to provide on‑site technical support at the Al Jurf Site Office in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure reliable operation of end‑user devices, Microsoft 365 services, network connectivity, meeting-room technology, printers, IT assets and CCTV systems.

You will handle incidents and service requests at your level, document issues, maintain accurate records and escalate complex matters to the Head of IT or specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years IT service/support experience.
• Site-office, multi-location support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site user support and handle incidents within SLA.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint devices.
• Maintain network, CCTV, printers and AV systems at site.
• Log and track incidents, escalate high‑risk issues when needed.
• Maintain asset records and support governance/compliance.
