Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Female Sales Engineer to drive quotations, coordinate orders, and manage commercial documents for spare parts. You will liaise with customers, obtain purchase orders, and ensure accurate lead times and invoicing.

Strong English communication, organization, and professional correspondence are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is based in Sharjah, with local visa requirements.

Mansioni

• Prepare quotations and send to customers for all spare parts enquiries.
• Coordinate with customers to receive Purchase Orders.
• Maintain records of car maintenance for customers without AMC.
• Send lead time requests to customers when products are unavailable.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices and receipts; forward to engineering.

Immediate hiring for Female Sales Engineer .

1. Responsible of making quotation and sending to the customer for all Spare Parts enquiries.
2. Responsible of coordinating with customers for receiving Purchase order.
3. Responsible to maintain records of car maintenance for customers who don’t have AMC.
4. Responsible to send lead time request to the customer in case of non-availability of product.
5. Responsible of making delivery note, Invoice, receipts and commercial documents and forwarding the same to engineering department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Excellent English Communication Skills.

Excellent Organizational Skills.

Excellent Business Correspondence Skills.

Preferably Husband or Father Visa
