A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years’ experience are expected, with Gulf return preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (any discipline).
• Nationality: Indian.
• Passport Type: ECR preferred.
• Age: 25–30 years.
• Experience: 1–2 years; Gulf return preferred.
• Industry: Sales & Marketing / Coordination (manufacturing or industrial).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain enquiry records logs
• Prepare quotations based on client requirements and sales input
• Coordinate with the sales team for pricing and delivery details
• Arrange necessary documentation for delivery export
• Organize transport and ensure timely dispatch of materials
• Obtain internal approvals before sending quotations
• Review contracts to ensure alignment with purchase orders
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales data in the system
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc sales reports
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Handle customer complaints and support issue resolution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
