Job summary

Imdaad LLC. is seeking a dedicated Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across facilities.

You will allocate duties, supervise teams, monitor attendance, and ensure service standards are met, including hygiene and cleanliness across all areas. The role requires 3–5 years in soft services or facilities management, strong leadership, excellent English, and competent computer skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in soft services, housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role.
• Experience managing cleaning or housekeeping teams in commercial buildings, residential properties, hotels, malls, hospitals, or similar facilities is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of soft services operatives.
• Allocate duties, work areas, shifts and manpower according to operational requirements.
• Conduct daily team briefings and communicate responsibilities and service standards.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniforms and employee discipline.
• Ensure adequate manpower coverage and arrange replacements when required.
• Coach and guide team members to improve productivity and service quality.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor the correct use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials and PPE.
• Maintain records of planned and completed service activities.
• Escalate manpower performance and operational issues to the Soft Services Manager.
