Job summary

Imdaad LLC. in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities Management supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and soft services at the assigned project sites. You will lead a team, assign duties, ensure manpower deployment, and ensure services meet the Scope of Work, SLA and KPI requirements.

Responsibilities include site inspections, client coordination, staff training, and adherence to HSE policies. Fluency in English and MS Office skills are essential, with 5–7 years in FM in the Middle East and a UAE

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning and soft services operations at the assigned project/site.
Manage and allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
Ensure services are delivered according to the agreed Scope of Work, SLA and KPI requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required quality standards.
Coordinate with clients and address operational issues, requests and complaints.
Train, guide and monitor employees to ensure productivity and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, safe working practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and subcontractors for operational requirements.
Monitor cleaning materials, consumables, equipment and site resources.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and records.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline and grooming standards.
Report major operational issues to the Contract Manager/Assistant Contract Manager.
