SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C in the UAE seeks a seasoned facilities and general services professional to oversee office operations, vendor relationships, procurement, and fleet support. You will coordinate contracts, maintenance, and driver arrangements to ensure seamless facilities services.

The role requires hands-on SAP MM tasks, PR/PO processing, GRN and supplier invoices, plus CAFM, safety compliance, and coordination of office renovations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in general services, facilities management, or office administration.
• Proven track record in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance, building operations, and safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Oversee vehicle leasing contracts, fleet coordination, traffic fines, registrations, maintenance, and driver arrangements.
• Process SAP transactions: PR, PO, GRN, and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate catering, office supplies, water, pantry, cleaning, pest control, and facility needs.
• Manage utilities and external service coordination with authorities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate office renovation and facilities projects, vendor coordination, space planning, and NOCs.
• Support admin tasks including budgeting, travel, shipments, employee exit, visas, access cards, and security approvals.
• Ensure vendor management, stakeholder reporting, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize SAP MM, MS Excel, Outlook; maintain procurement processes and facilities operations; CAFM, FM procurement, HSE certifications preferred.
