Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to manage supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and procurement documentation within a facility management context in the UAE. You will collaborate across Operations, Admin, Finance, HR and Projects to ensure timely material availability and cost control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Cleaning Services, Maintenance, or Construction.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE procurement practices and supplier networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, cost control, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing procurement activities for cleaning materials, chemicals, machinery, PPE, uniforms, tools, spare parts, and operational supplies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate competitive prices and payment terms.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Admin, Finance, HR, and Projects teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock requirements, deliveries, and pending orders.
• Support budget monitoring, cost control, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain supplier databases and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval procedures, and company standards.
• Assist in managing supplier contracts and resolving delivery or quality issues.
• Support and guide procurement team members as required.
