Sundus is seeking a capable General Services Officer to oversee operations in Abu Dhabi. The role covers vehicle fleet, procurement workflows, and coordination of office services across the campus.

You will manage vendor relationships, budgeting, travel expenses, and security approvals for new joiners. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in general services or facilities operations, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong SAP MM, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience: 4–7 years in General Services, Facilities Coordination, or Administrative Operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, MS Excel, Outlook and procurement processes required.

Mansioni

• Manage vehicle leasing contracts, fleet coordination, traffic fines, vehicle registration renewals, maintenance, and driver arrangements.
• Handle SAP transactions, including PR, PO, GRN, and supplier invoice processing.
• Coordinate catering, office supplies, drinking water, pantry supplies, cleaning, pest control and facility-related needs.
• Manage utilities and external service coordination, including access permissions and service requests with authorities.
• Coordinate office renovation and facilities projects, including vendor coordination, space planning, and NOCs.
• Provide administrative support including budgeting, travel and shipment expenses, visa cancellations, access cards, and new-joiner security approvals.
• Ensure vendor management, stakeholder communication, reporting, documentation and regulatory compliance.
