Job summary

Onepoint Consultants DWC- LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Maintenance Project Engineer to lead facility maintenance projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal maintenance teams, and supervise MEP activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, hands-on facility management experience, and strong communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or MEP projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, BMS, and civil maintenance.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute facility maintenance projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal maintenance teams.
• Supervise MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of maintenance activities.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and facility management standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Support procurement of materials and manage subcontractor activities.
• Maintain proper documentation including reports, permits, and maintenance records.
