Job summary

AG Engineering LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer to support strategic and operational FM activities. The role involves planning preventive maintenance, coordinating daily corrective and emergency tasks, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

You will work with maintenance teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet SLAs and improve equipment reliability. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of FM/MEP experience, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical engineering or related discipline.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
HVAC Fundamentals Training.
Electrical Safety Training.
Fire & Life Safety Awareness.
CAFM/CMMS Training.
Microsoft Office Certification.
Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Awareness.
UAE Driving Licence.
Arabic & English Proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of facility management services per contractual obligations and standards.
Assist in planning preventive maintenance and monitor KPIs across facilities.
Coordinate maintenance activities with teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Verify completion of works and ensure compliance with procedures and OEM recommendations.
Assist in project handovers, commissioning support, and defect liability activities.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate records in CAFM/CMMS.
