Job summary

We One is seeking a seasoned MEP Operations Manager in Dubai to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of MEP systems across multiple facilities. You will ensure all building services operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with UAE regulations.

The role requires planning and supervising maintenance teams, coordinating with contractors, managing budgets, and driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 4 years UAE experience in Facilities Management (FM)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of MEP maintenance staff and third-party contractors.
• Ensure continuous operation and reliability of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all MEP systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and critical repair requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Prepare periodic reports on system performance, maintenance status, and budgets.
