The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, alongside 4–6 years of experience in facilities management. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills are essential for success in managing maintenance teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management within commercial buildings or warehouses.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a multicultural maintenance team.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage maintenance inventory.
