Job summary

Al Qasr Al Amir Tech.Cont.LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our General Maintenance team in the UAE. The role involves supervising MEP maintenance works, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of building services.

Immediate joining is preferred for suitable candidates. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of MEP maintenance experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and the ability to read MEP drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant MEP maintenance experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in building maintenance/facilities management/general maintenance is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE safety requirements and maintenance practices.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Troubleshoot and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance
• Inspect MEP systems and identify technical issues

• Ensure works comply with safety requirements and approved procedures
• Monitor materials tools and spare parts required for maintenance
