Job summary

Capital Com SV Investments Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee multiple offices across the UAE, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with global standards. You will lead end-to-end FM activities, coordinate hard and soft services, manage budgets, and partner with country heads to support growth through thoughtful workplace strategies and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities across multiple sites or countries.
• Strong vendor and contract management across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of H&S compliance and local regulations in multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Proven ability to manage FM budgets, forecasts and licences.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site facilities operations, ensuring consistent service levels and cost control.
• Manage vendor contracts and service delivery for hard and soft FM services.
• Coordinate office moves, openings, closures and fit-outs across locations.
• Lead security, access control and workplace systems adherence.
• Ensure health, safety, compliance and risk management across sites.
• Engage with Country Heads and senior leaders on facilities matters.
• Support travel arrangements and front-of-house coordination as needed.
