Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, MEP systems, and HSE practices.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use facilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
