Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems, and ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Some maintenance or painting experience preferred.
• Hotel maintenance: hospitality maintenance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and building systems.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines; operate shut‑offs and valves.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures.
