AW Rostamani Holdings LLC seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance HUB Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end processes, ensuring timely financing and insurance documentation, and coordinating with dealerships and financial institutions. The role supports sales by enabling smooth F&I solutions and maintaining service quality.

You will drive daily MIS, monitor deal placements, and lead HUB teams across showrooms, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations within the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant retail banking knowledge.
• Experience in sales coordination, banking processes, or retail finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Achieve Bank Approval Ratio targets for Retail and Fleet as directed.
• Monitor fleet deal placement to banks and follow up on progress.
• Maintain balanced deal distribution to optimize bank commissions.
• Escalate deviations to bank management as priorities require.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS HUB tracker reports for line managers.
• Oversee HUB team operations in showrooms and coordinate with Sales and Banks.
• Support Seriti system usage and ensure accurate deal validations.
