Job summary

Remote DXB, a UAE-based entity, seeks a HUB Operations Analyst in Dubai to support retail and fleet banking processes and drive operational excellence.

You will supervise the HUB Team, manage MIS reporting in Power BI, maintain accurate reports, and coordinate with banks, sales executives and technical teams.

Requirements include a university degree, 3 years in retail or consumer banking, fluency in English and Arabic, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Bank Approval Ratio for Retail and Fleet.
• Monitor and control Fleet deal placement to banks.
• Supervise daily operations of the HUB Team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS HUB Tracker Reports.
• Maintain accurate MIS Reports on Power BI.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with banks and sales executives.
• Reconcile Seriti reports with Sales Reports Oracle monthly.
• Coordinate system enhancements with technical teams.
