Job summary

Remote DXB in Ras al-Khaimah seeks an experienced F&I specialist to drive finance and insurance across the dealership network. You will liaise with Sales, prepare quotations, and secure favorable credit terms for customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and bilingual communication in Arabic and English to support local and GCC markets. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in car sales, finance, or insurance within the motor industry or GCC market.
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out F&I procedures to meet monthly targets for New Finance & Insurance and Renewal Insurance
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate F&I options
• Liaise with Sales departments to ensure all retail customers receive F&I quotes
• Prepare customer quotations and maintain appropriate records
• Ensure customers are fully informed of contract terms, conditions, exclusions, and benefits
• Collect required documentation for supporting banks to secure credit lines
• Reconcile bank commissions against deals and maintain a daily financial control log
• Monitor commission, referral types, funding sources, and conversion rates for sales staff
• Report on individual salesperson achievement regarding F&I penetration to management
