Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager in the UAE to drive F&I performance and deliver customer-focused financial solutions for new and used vehicle sales. You will work with sales teams and partner banks to maximize revenue while ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements, and you will coach Sales Executives on F&I products and processes.

Qualifications

Finance and insurance experience within a sales environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of KYC, banking compliance and F&I requirements.
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience with automotive sales processes is preferred.
Ability to coach sales teams on F&I products and referrals.

Responsibilities

Drive F&I sales performance and achieve income and revenue targets.
Maximize opportunities across finance, insurance, leasing, and value-added products.
Present and recommend suitable financial solutions based on customer needs.
Support the sales team in maximizing vehicle sales opportunities.
Collaborate with partner banks and finance providers for financing solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including KYC and AML.
Coach Sales Executives on F&I products, processes, systems, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and financial partners.
Monitor F&I performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on competitor products, rates, and offers.
