Dubai Holding Entertainment's Riverland is seeking a motivated Supervisor - Food & Beverage to support daily operations and assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise processes for efficiency, motivate the team, and ensure safety, hygiene, and cost control are maintained in a fast-paced entertainment venue in Dubai. Strong Excel/Office skills and a UAE driving license are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Certification is required.
• Intermediate Food Safety Certification is required.
• Valid UAE Driving license is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily F&B operations.
• Supervise processes for efficiency and target attainment.
• Motivate colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Improve productivity and service delivery while keeping staff engaged.
• Follow wardrobe and grooming guidelines and participate in safety initiatives.
