Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks a Supervisor - Food & Beverage for Riverland in Dubai. You will assist the Restaurant Manager and oversee F&B operations, ensuring efficient processes, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include staff motivation, cost control, and accurate reporting to support department goals in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
• Must be a good team player under pressure.
• Food safety certification is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily F&B operations.
• Supervise processes to ensure efficiency and target results.
• Motivate colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions.
• Improve productivity and service delivery while keeping staff motivated.
• Follow wardrobe and grooming guidelines at all times.
• Participate in health, safety and emergency readiness activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Monitor actual costs vs budget and prepare financial reports.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and clients as requested.
