Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks a Supervisor - Food & Beverage for Riverland in Dubai. You will assist the Restaurant Manager and oversee F&B operations, ensuring efficient processes, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include staff motivation, cost control, and accurate reporting to support department goals in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification is required or in progress.

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor - Food and Beverage at Riverland in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Assist the Restaurant manager on a daily basis in running the Food and Beverage operations.

Supervise the processes put in place for efficiency and make sure the desired results are achieved.

Motivate colleagues to achieve set targets for guest satisfaction and revenues.

Proactively identify problems that could hinder the operations and take required action plans.

Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated and retained.

Follow Company wardrobe and grooming guidelines at all times

Participate in company activities with the objective of improving the readiness to emergencies, awareness to health, safety and environment and enhancing the work‑life and employee welfare.

Contribute to a healthy, illness‑free workplace by observing proper personal hygiene, high standard of cleanliness and observing consistent housekeeping as a part of one’s responsibility.

Manage and control the actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and provide financial reports/data related to the department/ divisional/ project’s financial performance.

Communicates effectively and work collaboratively with various external vendors and clients through face‑to‑face communication when requested by the management team.

About you:

High School Certification

Intermediate Food Safety Certification.

Valid UAE Driving license

Must be able to work with excel, word and do power point presentations.

Must be a good team player and be able to perform in high pressure work environment.
