Job summary

The First Group Hospitality’s private members’ club in Abu Dhabi seeks a Membership Relations Manager to lead the end-to-end member journey with ultra-personalized service. You will serve as the primary ambassador for members, driving recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exclusive programming that aligns with the club’s prestigious culture.

This role requires a high-touch host who can build relationships with VIP clients, curate bespoke events, and collaborate with F&B, Operations, and Events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in member relations, guest relations, VIP services, luxury hospitality, private clubs.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with VIPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary ambassador for members, building relationships and maintaining profiles.
• Lead member engagement initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Design and oversee an exclusive calendar of member events and gatherings.
• Drive member acquisition, onboarding and retention with strategic initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end membership sales, vetting candidates and presenting profiles for approval.
• Manage inquiries, tours, and application workflows with discretion.
• Monitor metrics like acquisition costs, retention, and monthly revenue targets.
