Job summary

Accor, featuring Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai, is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to uphold service standards, lead a team, and ensure a smooth operation in a high-volume outlet. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff development, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

You will be responsible for maintaining professional service, organizing shifts, training subordinates, and collaborating with management to optimize performance. The position is based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make suggestions to the Manager to increase sales and reduce wastage.
• Know wines and beverages, including the restaurant wine list.
• Organize the restaurant for service and keep it clean at all times.
• Ensure grooming and uniform standards; lead by example.
• Foster excellent rapport with team members and guests.
• Follow established service standards and presentation of dishes.
• Ensure patron and team safety and well-being in the section.
• Attend meetings, cross trainings and requested trainings.
• Handle guest complaints and communicate with Restaurant Manager.
