Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support the smooth day-to-day outlet operation, supervise the team, and ensure consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality qualification, has previous F&B supervisory experience in hotels or upscale restaurants, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is properly prepared and maintained.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and completing required reports.
