GRAND MERCURE Dubai seeks an attentive Food & Beverage supervisor to uphold service excellence and guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and cashiers, and drive smooth daily operations during service.

You will participate in ongoing training, maintain standards for grooming and uniforms, and ensure high levels of courtesy, efficiency and guest care across all shifts.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Monitor duty schedules for the team and ensure timely setup of outlets.
• Maintain a welcoming host experience and guest seating flow.
• Collaborate with kitchen and cashiers for smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions on SOPs, grooming, upselling and guest care.
• Report equipment issues and participate in safety procedures.
• Maintain uniform appearance and uphold Accor standards.
