Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is hiring for a guest-focused Food & Beverage Service role at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort in Abu Dhabi. You will lead service teams, ensure hospitality excellence, and maintain Anantara standards across every guest touchpoint.

Responsibilities include overseeing smooth restaurant and room service operations, training staff, managing shifts, and delivering memorable experiences for guests in a luxury desert setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by developing and maintaining a strong team environment.
• Provide prompt and courteous delivery of all orders, maintaining a positive guest contact and cleanliness of guest areas.
• Assure total guest satisfaction in service of food and beverage through supervision of restaurants and room service orders.
• Be on the floor during meal periods to assist with serving, seating, and kitchen communication.
• Train, maintain and enforce Anantara Service Standards across shifts.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work environment for Associates and guests.
