Job summary

Anantara's Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead restaurant and room service operations on site in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure prompt, courteous service and uphold the brand standards across all guest interactions while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency throughout service hours.

You will supervise staff during shifts, assist with training, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a flawless dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and room service operations.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and a high standard of guest interaction.
• Oversee staff during shifts, including scheduling and flow management.
• Maintain Anantara Service Standards and enforce revenue and check controls.
• Train and mentor associates to sustain service excellence and teamwork.
• Protect a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate with kitchen and front of house to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with floor plans, reservations, and inspection routines as needed.
