Accor’s Pullman Dubai is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in a luxury setting. You will coordinate with kitchen, sommelier, reservations and other departments to deliver seamless service and uphold high standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in luxury food and beverage operations, strong knowledge of fine dining service, and excellent English communication skills; French language skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience in French cuisine or upscale dining is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food presentation, and wine service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant reservations, and billing procedures.

Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant General Manager you will be assisting in overseeing the daily operations of our award-winning restaurant ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence at all times

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service including table settings mise en place lighting music and overall ambience
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with the restaurant s operating procedures
• Coordinate with the kitchen sommelier reservations team and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate reservations VIP guests menu updates promotions and special requests
• Ensure all opening closing and side duties are completed according to established standards
• Supervise coach and motivate the service team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction objectives
• Allocate sections and duties fairly and ensure adequate staffing during service
• Train team members on menu knowledge service techniques grooming etiquette and product knowledge
• Assist in monitoring team member s performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service standards
• Assist in staff scheduling attendance monitoring and performance evaluations as required
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene sanitation and occupational health and safety standards
• Ensure correct handling storage and service of food and beverages
• Report maintenance issues equipment defects and safety hazards promptly
• Assist with inventory checks stock requisitions and beverage control as required
