Job summary

Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a proactive Outlet Supervisor for our Food & Beverage team. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a guest-focused team, ensure brand standards, and drive service excellence in a luxury setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet, strong leadership, and POS proficiency. This is a permanent, full-time position with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest-relations skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train and support team; assist in scheduling and evaluations.
• Address guest needs and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and requisitions for equipment and supplies.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Conduct on-the-job training and upselling techniques.
• Assist with cash handling, closing procedures, and POS entries.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar and relay guest feedback.
• Maintain presentation standards of the outlet and staff appearance.
