Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a proactive Outlet Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence. You will oversee team performance, training, scheduling, and guest relations while coordinating with kitchen and bar to maintain brand standards.

The role requires hospitality experience in luxury settings, strong leadership, and the ability to manage inventories and cash handling with a focus on upselling and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support team members; assist in scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Guest Experience: Address guest needs and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure proper usage and timely requisitions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards compliance and routine checks.
• Training: Conduct on-the-job training and upselling techniques.
• Financial Support: Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures, and POS entries.
• Communication: Coordinate with kitchen, bar and departments for timely service and feedback.
• Standards Maintenance: Maintain outlet presentation and staff appearance.
