Job summary

Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily F&B operations, uphold service standards and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff performance, assist with inventory, and help achieve financial targets while ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability policies.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Guest Relations: Greet guests, ensure satisfaction and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assign duties, provide training, ensure performance aligns with standards.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving and monitoring usage to minimize waste.
• Financial Oversight: Support in achieving outlet targets by monitoring expenses and contributing to revenue strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed within the outlet.
• Collaboration: Work with the Outlet Manager and other departments on events and promotions.
• Reporting: Provide feedback and reports on sales performance and guest feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve operational issues and drive improvements in guest service.
• Sustainability: Promote eco-friendly practices and ESG/CSR objectives.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local laws, ISO standards and company policies.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Oversee proper purchasing, storage, handling, and preparation practices.
