Job summary

TU Holdings Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in daily restaurant and bar operations. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and assist in maximizing outlet profitability.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, monitor inventory and cost controls, and ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

Leadership and staff development capabilities.
Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
Proven staff supervision in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day F&B operations to ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waitstaff, bartenders, runners).
Prepare weekly staff schedules, monitor attendance, and assist in evaluations.
Engage with guests to collect feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Collaborate with culinary team to ensure kitchen-floor communication.
Monitor inventory, assist in ordering, and apply cost-control measures.
Ensure dining areas meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Oversee cash handling, end-of-shift reporting, and POS management.
