Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee restaurant and F&B operations, ensuring high service standards, food quality and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading restaurant and kitchen teams, managing costs, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and UAE regulations. A HACCP mindset and UAE hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in F&B operations within hotel/restaurant settings is required.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure quality and profitability.
• Lead and develop restaurant, service and kitchen teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Develop and implement F&B operating procedures and cost controls.
• Control food, labour and operating expenses; manage inventory and wastage.
• Coordinate with chefs and suppliers to maintain food quality and costs.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and operational reports; drive revenue initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery with a focus on satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and UAE regulations.
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews; drive continuous improvement.
