Job summary

YOSH is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations across UAE Expo Offices venues. You will partner with the F&B Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hospitality, guest experiences, and efficient service.

The role requires a Bachelor's in hospitality, 24+ years in supervisory F&B, HACCP knowledge, and strong leadership. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in food and beverage management.
Minimum 24 years experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality operations.
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and local licensing.
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
Proven ability to manage teams, control costs, and deliver service excellence under pressure.

Responsibilities

Plan, organise and supervise daily F&B operations across outlets, events and catering functions.
Supervise and develop front-of-house and service teams; manage rosters and briefings.
Maintain high guest service standards and respond to enquiries and feedback.
Support inventory control, stock ordering and supplier liaison; monitor wastage and costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and SOPs.
Assist with budgeting, cost reporting and revenue monitoring.
Coordinate with events, security, facilities to support setup, service and post-event clearance.
Support recruitment, induction and training for the F&B team.
Contribute to menu planning, beverage offerings and guest experience enhancements.
