Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai is seeking an experienced hospitality executive to lead multi-outlet F&B operations across premium venues. You will strategize manpower, recruit pipelines, implement training and supplier collaboration to drive service excellence and cost control.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in hospitality, with 8+ years in luxury hotel or large-volume operations, pre-opening experience a plus, and a track record of high revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or relevant field (must have).
• Master’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in hospitality with 2 years in executive level role.
• Pre-opening experience in high-volume and premium F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with safety management, HACCP and hygiene policies per EKFC and government regulations.
• Coordinate with central purchasing and stores to manage inventory and assets.
• Define manpower requirements, develop recruitment pipelines, oversee training and staff development.
• Drive revenue growth through cost control and assist in budget preparation.
• Collaborate with Production to guide menu implementation and food presentation.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 standards to quality policy and system compliance.
• Develop new F&B concepts aligned with market trends and oversee implementation.
• Work with F&B Managers and HR to reduce staff attrition and maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Evaluate client feedback and passenger surveys to identify and implement improvements.
