Job summary

The Group in Dubai is seeking a senior Food and Beverage leader to oversee multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and In-Room Dining, ensuring Five-Star service and financial performance.

You will deputise for the Director of F&B, drive GOP, payroll, cost controls, and collaborate with Executive Chefs, Operations, Finance and Sales to elevate standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in senior F&B leadership.
• Experience in luxury hotel or high-volume outlets.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple F&B operations including restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and In-Room Dining.
• Deputise for the Director of Food and Beverage with accountability for division performance.
• Drive revenue, GOP, payroll, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
• Develop innovative food & beverage concepts and service experiences.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team across outlets and departments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health standards.
