Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a seasoned F&B Manager to lead luxury hospitality operations in a high-end environment within the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on staff leadership, service quality, and guest experience in a demanding, five-star context.

The candidate will coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless food and beverage delivery, manage costs, and uphold ISO 9001:2015 quality standards while driving continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality, with 1 year in a managerial role in a 5-star environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
• Experience in luxury hotel and stand-alone restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, HACCP and hygiene policies per EKFC standards and regulations.
• Assess manpower needs, orientation, training, and monitor staff performance for efficiency.
• Manage staff costs including overtime and absences; monitor lounge operations for efficiency.
• Coordinate with production on menu changes, food presentation, and kitchen matters to deliver high-quality food.
• Support F&B Manager in proposing and developing new beverage menus and concepts.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints about food quality or service promptly.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify improvements and implement actions.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 quality policy and follow department procedures.
