LINKVIVA Live Communications in the UAE is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to curate, manage, and deliver remarkable food and beverage experiences across its projects.

In this hands-on role you will source vendors, oversee contracting, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with production, operations, and marketing to elevate guest experiences at large-scale events.

Responsibilities

About the Role

AsF&B Manager, you will lead the curation, management, and delivery of food and beverage experiences across LINKVIVA’s projects.

This is ahands-on rolewhere you willbe responsible forsourcing and managing a diverse portfolio of vendors, ensuring high-quality culinary offerings that align with each event’s concept, audience, andobjectives.

What You Need to Apply

5+ years of experience inF&B management, hospitality, or event environments

Proven experience invendor management and F&B operations

Strong network ofF&B vendors within the UAE

Knowledge ofUAE health, safety, and food regulations

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation
