Job summary

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is seeking a freelance F&B Operations Supervisor to oversee concession services during events. You will manage a 20–35 person team, ensure smooth opening and closing, and uphold safety and service standards.

The role requires UAE experience and a degree in hospitality, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. You will report to events management and support multiple arena locations.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Hospitality/ Management or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role, UAE preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule an F&B team of 20 to 35 members while ensuring shift coverage and operational efficiency during rushes.
• Oversee food preparation, bar stocks, concession operations, and service quality according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and equipment maintenance across all areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, conduct periodic stock counts, and liaise with management on results.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items and allergies while resolving complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Process payments using the point of sale system and assist with cash register operations as needed.
• Delegate cleaning, receiving, storage, and food issuance responsibilities to team members.
• Support management with opening, closing, and administrative tasks across multiple arena locations.

You should have:

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Hospitality/ Management or other related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
