Job summary

Fruitful Day is seeking an Event & Catering Assistant to help bring our clients' events to life in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and beyond. You will support setup, service, and light food preparation within the F&B team, reporting to the Event & Catering Lead and gaining hands-on experience across the full event lifecycle.

You should have strong customer service, clear communication, and a proactive, organized approach, with flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support event and catering operations including setup, food and beverage preparation, and guest service.
• Help with basic food preparation, such as blending smoothies and juices and assembling grab-and-go menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout all event stages.
• Work alongside the Event & Catering Lead and other team members in an uplifting, collaborative environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates to help deliver a great event experience.
• Flag on-site issues promptly to the Event & Catering Lead so they can be resolved quickly.
• Help monitor inventory and event supplies.

Salary

• 3,000-3,500
