Job summary

Azadea Group in Dubai seeks a procurement and inventory coordinator to manage routine ordering from authorized suppliers and maintain stock levels in accordance with approved procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising reception of orders, conducting basic stock checks, enforcing hygiene and FIFO standards, and handling administrative tasks such as follow-ups on LPOs and filing supplier documents. Collaboration with restaurant managers is required to align items, prices, and expiry dates.

Qualifications

• Experience placing routine orders from authorized suppliers.
• Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks including stock checks.
• Familiarity with LPOs and supplier documentation processes.
• Understanding of FIFO and hygiene standards in storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Place routine orders for goods and supplies from authorized suppliers.
• Supervise and verify reception of ordered goods and ensure proper storage and recording.
• Perform basic inventory control tasks: check quantities, quality, and availability for restocking.
• Ensure work areas such as restaurant, fridges, and chillers are clean and organized according to hygiene standards and FIFO practices.
• Perform administrative tasks: prepare faxes, follow up on LPOs, file receipts, and organize supplier files.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen chefs regarding new items, changes in quality, prices, or expiry dates.
