Parx cafe LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced F&B procurement professional to source and purchase fresh food, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, dry goods, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies. You will obtain supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries across branches.

You will monitor stock usage, maintain supplier lists, and identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding quality and food safety standards. English/Arabic communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B procurement experience, preferably within restaurants or hospitality in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE food suppliers and wholesale markets.
• Experience sourcing meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, dairy, dry goods, and restaurant consumables.
• Strong negotiation and cost-control skills.
• Good understanding of food quality, shelf life, storage, and food safety requirements.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Good communication and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent restaurant requirements.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain approved supplier lists and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
• Check received items against purchase orders, agreed prices, quantities, and specifications.
• Assist with sourcing new products and ingredients for menu development.

Source and purchase fresh food, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, dry goods, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies.

Obtain and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and consistent quality.

Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and supply agreements.

Coordinate closely with chefs, branch managers, warehouse, and accounts teams.

Ensure all products meet Hadoota Masreya's required quality, specifications, and food safety standards.

Monitor daily and weekly purchasing requirements based on consumption and stock levels.

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries to all branches.

Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Maintain approved supplier lists and regularly evaluate supplier performance.

Identify alternative suppliers for key ingredients to avoid shortages or supply interruptions.

Check received items against purchase orders, agreed prices, quantities, and specifications.

Handle supplier issues including shortages, incorrect deliveries, quality complaints, and returns.

Work closely with Accounts to reconcile supplier invoices, statements, credit notes, and payment terms.

Support menu costing by providing updated ingredient and purchasing prices.

Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, contracts, and price comparison sheets.

Assist with sourcing new products and ingredients for menu development.

Skills
