Job summary

CALICUT PARAGON RESTAURANTS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking an energetic F&B service professional to assist in daily restaurant operations. You will welcome guests, coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely service, and ensure high hospitality standards are maintained.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays. UAE hospitality experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of F&B service experience
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, energetic, and guest-focused
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of POS systems and food hygiene (HACCP) is a plus
