Miral Experiences is seeking hospitality professionals to join our on-site F&B team in Abu Dhabi. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell beverages and menu items, and ensure a seamless dining experience across our diverse venues on Yas Island.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to company standards and SOPs.
• Display open, cheerful attitude when communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Follow grooming standards and dress codes.
• Represent Miral Experiences professionally to stakeholders.
• Help achieve department and company objectives and KPIs.
• Adhere to UAE laws and Health, Safety & Environmental policies; report safety concerns.
• Engage guests, listen to requests, and upsell beverages and menu items.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with menu explanations and suggestions.
• Relay food orders to the kitchen and ensure courses are served in sequence.
• Execute restaurant opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
• Utilise correct serving techniques for all menu items.
• Introduce the waiter/waitress when designated as host.
• Handle guest complaints courteously and apply guest recovery solutions.
• Service tables and maintain a clean, presentable environment.
• Promote products to guests to increase revenue and satisfaction.
• Keep condiment stands stocked and clean; maintain HACCP compliance.
• Operate POS, balance cash, and remit daily sales.
• Attend and complete legally required food safety courses.
• Manage lost & found items per policy.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
