Job summary

Miral Experiences, a leader in immersive attractions in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a front-line colleague for guest services, retail and F&B. The role focuses on welcoming guests, processing transactions, guiding customers to experiences, and maintaining merchandise areas.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of front-line experience in entertainment or leisure, strong Microsoft Office skills, and fluency in Russian.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in selling to customer needs.
• Product knowledge and ability to advise guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all departmental checklists and procedures are followed.
• Book in and check in customers to experiences.
• Assist guests with product selections and questions.
• Handle financial transactions and process payments.
• Maintain stock levels in merchandise areas.
• Greet and direct guests and manage guest flow.
• Handle three departments: guest services, retail and F&B.
