Job summary

Miral Experiences, a regional leader in immersive attractions in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance guest experiences by guiding visitors and ensuring safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.

You will welcome guests, help with navigation, enforce rules, maintain cleanliness, and stay informed about events. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential; hospitality/operations experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office to a good standard (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills (to identify trends in provided data).
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the facility and provide an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation within the facility, providing directions and answering questions as / when needed.
• Ensure the safety of visitors by enforcing exhibition rules and guidelines, monitoring guest behavior, and responding to any safety concerns or emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility, including monitoring and tidying up as needed.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions, and promotions and communicate relevant information to visitors.
• Uphold the values and mission, representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for art and technology.
