Miral Experiences is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance guest experiences at our Abu Dhabi attractions. You will guide visitors, assist with navigation, and help ensure safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, maintaining cleanliness, and staying informed about events and promotions to deliver a memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing and speaking) in English.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills (to identify trends in provided data).
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
• 1 year of experience in an operational department within hospitality or leisure (Operations, Ground Crew, Guest Services, Soft Services, Security).
• Knowledge of dry theme parks and attractions, specifically Operational departments (Operations, Ground Crew, Guest Services, Soft Services, Security).

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the facility and provide an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation within the facility, providing directions and answering questions as needed.
• Ensure the safety of visitors by enforcing exhibition rules and guidelines, monitoring guest behavior, and responding to safety concerns or emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility, including monitoring and tidying up as needed.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions, and promotions and communicate relevant information to visitors.
• Uphold the values and mission, representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for art and technology.

About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and guiding visitors through the attraction.
