Job summary

Rivoli Group seeks a proven sales and business development professional to expand our regional footprint across the GCC and Egypt. You will strengthen client relationships, drive regional sales strategies, and coordinate merchandising and distribution initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales with luxury goods exposure, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and readiness to travel. MBA preferred; base in Dubai or UAE location is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• MBA from a reputed institute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing sales and business development plans to achieve regional targets.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Help identify new retail locations or partners aligned with brand positioning.
• Coordinate with clients and retail partners to ensure brand representation and product availability.
• Track stock levels and assist in managing replenishment orders across territories.
• Work with teams to ensure merchandising and promotional activities meet brand standards.
• Assist in organizing visual merchandising campaigns and securing brand visibility in stores.
• Support preparation of sales reports, performance reviews, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth execution.
• Participate in retail staff training sessions and support brand/product knowledge sharing.
• Travel across GCC and Egypt to visit stores, meet partners, and conduct follow-ups.
